I practice collaborative leadership and have a successful record of developing cross-sector program models and guiding networks of stakeholders toward integrated solutions. I have spent the majority of my career working with underserved, LMI, multi-cultural communities and am equally at home in executive board rooms as I am with boots on the ground. My guiding values include: creativity and flexibility; transparency and trust; disruptive and divergent approaches; equity and inclusivity. I immigrated to US from Mexico at age 8 and I stand with Dreamers.
