Remembrance of Home: Zine Workshop
We hosted a workshop where we invited the community to reflect on the "Record of Truth" exhibition, which follows the Karen community's story of departure, displacement, and homemaking. We asked participants to consider how these stories relate to their own—whether through personal experiences, family histories or cultural memories.
Each participant was encouraged to pick a photo that represents their connection to these themes and to write a caption, poem, or anything else that expressed their story—there were no limitations to this creative workshop. We printed photos, collaged them, scanned, compiled and assembled these Riso-printed collective Zines for all the participants to take home. These are some of the works from that evening.

A big thank you to @TheUmaCollection for helping host, @4l4ysja for providing us with ample collaging material and the Inter+ Regeneration fellows for creating this exciting workshop. It was a wonderful night of making art and reflecting on the shared stories that connect us all.
